Practical information for projects participating in the Programme Review 2016

Projects invited to give an oral presentation during the Programme Review Days 2016 are kindly asked to use this template. Send us a copy of the presentation, in powerpoint (for use during the Programme Review Days) and in pdf (for publication on our website) by November 16, 2016.

The Programme Review consists of two main parts, for which we ask participating projects to send us related information by May 31st, 2016 according to the templates attached here.

  • Project Self-Assessment report
    According to this Microsoft Word template (to be sent back completed and including the project acronym in the file name).
  • Information for the preparation of posters
    The posters will be displayed at the Programme Review Days on 21-22 November 2016 and will be published in the FCH JU Programme Review Report 2016.
    • Text according to this Microsoft Excel template (3 worksheets - to be sent back completed and including the project acronym in the file name).
      Please note that no images are to be pasted into the excel document.
    • The project logo
    • At least 2 pictures/graphs to illustrate the project

      For the logo and other graphic files:​

      • Accepted file types: eps, pdf, jpg, tif.

      • Minimum resolution 300dpi,

      • Minimum width or height: 1000 pixels.

Other artwork must be print-ready high-resolution PDF

While the project self-assessment is a restricted document that will only be circulated among a limited number of experts (3-4 per panel) having signed a confidentiality agreement, the poster information is intended to be made public.

Please note that certain projects will be contacted separately to give an oral presentation during the Programme Review Days.

Reimbursement of costs for the attendance of the Programme Review Days 2016 in Brussels (21-22 November, 2016)

  • Projects within their running period at the date of the Programme Review Days 2016: travel expenses can be charged to the project
  • Projects with an end date preceding the Programme Review Days 2016:
    • Reimbursement of travel and subsistence costs only for coordinators of projects invited for an oral presentation, according to the rules set out in Commission Decision C(2007) 5858
    • No reimbursement for finished projects for which no presentation is foreseen
