Lora Yosifova received her BA from University of National and World Economy of Sofia in Political Sciences and MA at the same University in Public Economy Development. She is working in the area research and innovation policy since 2003 when she joined Ministry of Education and Science. She has held various other distinguished roles among which research project coordinator at Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and head of international relations unit at the National Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology. She is now working at the Ministry of innovation and growth, responsible for programming of research, innovation and digitalization support instruments.
She is a lecturer at the Institute for Public administration teaching policies and instruments for support of research and innovation and mentor of the community research awards pilot at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridsky”
