Port ecosystems are expected to play a crucial role in the expansion of the European hydrogen market through 2050. The planned studies will provide comprehensive assessment of the hydrogen demand in ports and industrial coastal areas, enabling the creation of a 'European Hydrogen Ports Roadmap'.
A public opinion survey was conducted in 2022 to determine the current level of awareness, acceptance and uptake of clean hydrogen technologies in Europe as well as the perceptions of the safety and sustainability of hydrogen technologies . The report presents the results of the survey.
