Hydrogen technologies are an important part of the overall solution for meeting the 2050 climate-neutrality goal of the European Green Deal. The involvement and support of the younger generation is essential in order to increase confidence in and acceptance of these new technologies.
The workshop will bring together different players to discuss ways of involving young people in policy change, in particular looking at the energy transition.

The session is taking place within the EURegionsWeek and is organised by Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU), Association of European Border Regions (AEBR), City of Vienna/EU Funding Agency Ltd., European Commission - DG MOVE, Institute for International and Cross Border Cooperation (ICBC Institute).
