The H2V Knowledge Centre is part of the H2V Facility funded by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership and is available through the dedicated website: www.h2v.eu.
The H2V Knowledge Centre is intended to be the primary resource for Hydrogen Valley development. It is structured around four crucial dimensions for advancing hydrogen projects towards Final Investment Decision (FID): commercial, technical, regulatory and governance.
On www.h2v.eu, hydrogen practitioners can download practical, hands-on knowledge materials and guidance developed as part of the H2V Facility. Topics include securing offtake in Hydrogen Valleys, a hydrogen market overview, developing contracting and procurement strategies and milestone planning towards FID. The site also offers a collection of documents and links relevant for hydrogen project development.
Furthermore, interactive formats, including webinars with content experts and workshops for hydrogen project developers will start in Q4 2025. More information can be found here.
About the H2V Facility
Funded by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, the H2V Facility aims to unlock transformative support for Hydrogen Valleys progressing toward FID and for the broader hydrogen community. It supports the European Commission's target of having 50 valleys operational or under construction in the EU by 2030. The Clean Hydrogen Partnership has mandated Roland Berger, together with its consortium partners Worley and Inycom, to set up and implement this five-year project.
The H2V Facility provides dedicated non-financial support over five years through three pillars: 1) Project Development Assistance (PDA), 2) the H2V Knowledge Centre, and 3) the H2V Platform.
- Project Development Assistance (PDA) is designed for Hydrogen Valleys, advancing them from idea to concept (PDA light) and from concept to feasibility and ultimately to FID (PDA plus).
- The H2V Knowledge Centre is designed as a self-service and interaction platform for the broader hydrogen community, providing content, knowledge products, and formats for exchanging best practices for projects at different maturity levels.
- The H2V Platform that features Hydrogen Valleys will be enhanced with new technical and content features to address the evolving needs of Hydrogen Valleys
