The Information Days will provide an overview of the PDA programme, including its benefits, eligibility criteria, and application process.
Participation is open to all interested stakeholders and does not require prior registration. The target groups are organisations developing Hydrogen Valleys, that are eligible to apply for PDA support, i.e., public and private Hydrogen Valley project developers as well as coordinating organisations from EU Member States and countries associated to Horizon Europe.
What PDA offers: Tailored expert assistance, free of charge, for up to 13 eligible Hydrogen Valleys in three programme lines:
- Up to 4 PDA light (6 weeks) for Hydrogen Valleys in EU Member States or countries associated to Horizon Europe: Support for early-stage projects to build a pre-feasibility project concept
- Up to 4 PDA light (6 weeks) for Hydrogen Valleys in EU 13 Member States: Support for early-stage projects to build a pre-feasibility project concept
- Up to 5 PDA plus (12 weeks) for Hydrogen Valleys in EU Member States or countries associated to Horizon Europe: Modular assistance to advance more mature projects towards FID, including a detailed feasibility roadmap
Who can apply: Coordinating authorities/organizations or Hydrogen Valley project developers
When to apply: Apply as of now until the submission deadline on 26 June 2026
