The 24/7 ZEN Project has reached a key milestone with the successful delivery of its containerised reversible Solid Oxide Cell (rSOC) demonstration system to the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) in Greece.
Following assembly, commissioning and factory acceptance testing in Seville, the system will now undergo site acceptance testing, final integration and operational validation.
The achievement marks the start of the project's demonstration phase and brings the consortium closer to showcasing how rSOC technology can support flexible renewable energy storage and Europe's clean energy transition.
