The CONVEY (nordiC hydrOgen eNergy VallEY) is progressing with plans to establish an integrated hydrogen ecosystem at the Port of Hirtshals in Denmark.
Powered by renewable energy from local wind turbines, the project aims to produce green hydrogen to help decarbonize port operations.
Current work centers on preparatory activities and system design, including detailed engineering for a hydrogen production facility and refuelling station.
In parallel, strategies are being developed to replicate the model at other ports, supporting future scale-up. Construction is expected to begin following final investment decisions.
