Description
Moreover, the event will feature a forum of discussion to share policy-related opportunities and concerns. The European Commission’s Directorate-General for energy will be present to share their point of view and discuss the steps to be undertaken from a policy perspective to kick-start the hydrogen economy. In addition, the Global Ports Hydrogen Coalition will use the opportunity to discuss a set of policy recommendations for governments to support ports in scaling-up their production, transport and use of low-carbon hydrogen. The policy recommendations will feed into the Clean Energy Ministerial meeting in Pittsburgh on 22-23 September.
