Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee is an independent advisory body to the Governing Board. Its priorities are to:

  • Advise on the scientific priorities to be addressed in annual work plans;
  • Advise on the scientific achievements described in the annual activity report.

The Scientific Committee has nine members, selected by the Governing Board on the basis of their scientific competencies and expertise to give their science-based recommendations on the priorities and the progress of the FCH JU.

The members reflect a balanced representation of world class expertise from academia, industry and regulatory bodies. They represent different fields of expertise within fuel cell and hydrogen technologies.
