Programme review 2011

22 November, Brussels, Belgium

The Joint Undertaking (FCH JU) organised its 4th Stakeholders General Assembly on 22-23 November 2011 in Brussels. This year, the first part of this Assembly has been devoted to a "Programme Review Day" on 22 November.

This event, which is planned to be conducted every year, has the objective to assess the progress of the portfolio of projects dedicated to fuel cells and hydrogen in relation to the targets of its Multi-annual Implementation Plan (MAIP) and annual implementation plan as well as with reference to international developments in the field.

The review was organised by the FCH JU Programme Office with the assistance of independent experts and covered the 44 projects funded by the Joint Undertaking to date as well as 14 projects dedicated to fuel cells and hydrogen funded by the 7th framework programme of the European Commission.

The feedback of this exercise will be very valuable to assess the progress of the programme and developments in the different application areas as well as help define the next Annual Implementation Plans of the FCH JU.

It also provided an opportunity to raise visibility on the projects portfolio and feed debates and exchanges of the Stakeholders general assembly the next day.

The final report of the 2011 Programme Review can be downloaded here.
